In period 2 of the academic calendar of Maastricht University, the brand new course Fundamentals of Engineering has been running within the BSc Business Engineering program. With tremendous help of my colleagues from IDEE Research Engineering who played the important role of tutor and my co-course coordinator Bart van Grinsven we coached the students through the content via the problem-based learning system in small groups. I am looking forward to next year and improve the course based on the feedback from students.
